The easiest dinner party you will ever host. We arrive, set up, cook for your guests and take it all away again.
Hosting is the part that stops people entertaining. You spend the evening in the kitchen, come out for ten minutes, and clean up until midnight. A wood-fired oven in the backyard removes all three problems at once.
We arrive before your guests, get the oven to temperature and cook continuously for as long as the function runs. You are at your own party the entire time. When it is over, the oven leaves on its trailer and there is nothing in your sink.

Cooked all evening
Pizzas come out in rounds, not one drop at the start. People eat when they are hungry, go back for another, and the food never sits under foil.
Entrée, mains and dessert
Garlic and herb pizzas to open, the full menu through the middle, and Nutella and strawberry pizzas to finish.
Custom pizzas on request
Tell us what your guests like, or let them ask on the night. Every pizza is made individually, so a request is not a problem.
Nothing to clean up
We pack down and take everything with us — including the mess. That is usually the part hosts appreciate most the next morning.

Fitting the oven into your place
Backyards, courtyards and driveways
The oven sits on a trailer and needs a flat area about the size of a car, with room to work alongside it. A driveway is often easier than a lawn, and it does not matter if the party itself is inside.
Apartments and terraces
If there is somewhere legal and flat to park the trailer nearby — a shared driveway, a courtyard, a quiet street frontage — it usually works. Send us a photo of the space and Joe will tell you straight away.
How many guests?
From a dinner for a dozen to a function of a couple of hundred. The quote depends on how many people and how long you want food coming out for.
What we need from you
A flat spot, access to get the trailer in, and an idea of your timings. That is genuinely all.

Get your quote
Every event is quoted individually, based on your guest numbers, menu and where you are.
Lock in the date
Once you are happy with the quote we confirm the booking and the timings for the day.
We fire up
We arrive, set up the oven and cook to order for as long as your event runs.
